Support via email or Web : All Movicon developers are free to use the Technical Support services by using email and the Support section on the Progea website. Registered users have one year's free access to this service when purchasing the Editor License.
Hot Line support : Expert technicians are on hand at the Progea Help Desk to answer calls during office hours. Their job is to assess and help solve any problems the caller has in connection to using the Progea software products. This Service is available to those users who have subscribed to the half yearly or yearly Premium Support service.
