Support via E-mail or Web: All Movicon developers can use Technical Support by E-mail or over the web based on the Support Services regulations by using the appropriate technical section on the website. Registered users have the right to access the Website support services (BugBase, KnowledgeBase etc...)
Hot Line Support: The Help Desk is offered to skilled technicians during office hours for any queries or problems concern the use of our software product. The Service is accessible on dedicated phone lines only for users who have subscribed with a six-month or annual subscription fee.
