LACBUS PC

The Lacbus-PC driver permits communication with lacroix-sofrel devices using the FR1000 front end, that operates as a Gateway, incapsulating messages in Lacbus-PC communication protocol packets from and for devices.

The Lacroix -sofrel devices use 4 different types of communication protocols (Lacbus-RTU, Sofbus-PL, Lacbus-SMS, Sofbus-SMS).  The Lacbus-PC driver supports only two of these protocols:

• Lacbus-RTU

• Sofbus-PL.

Driver supports all  Lacroix-Sofrel devices that implement the Lacbus RTU and Softbus PL communication protocols by means of connecting with FR 1000.
