Design

A control has been implemented to compare the "CETransfer.dll" on the desktop version with the remote panel version in the upload/download TCP plugin. A warning message will appear If the two versions differ, requesting if you wish to continue nevertheless.  If the two versions do differ, project upload or download might fail.
