In order to do this a new field had been added in the screen properties window where loading quality of the page can be set (value percentage from 1 to 100), when first requested. This will allow the page to be loaded almost at once, even though of lower quality, enabling the user to get down with work straight away from the Web Client without having to wait for the screen to be loaded at a higher quality.
