Screen Management

A screen's zoom factor management was rendered proportional to the set grid value.  This allowed the zoom factor to be set in function with the grid and to keep the objects linked to the gird when working in zoom mode.  Therefore the value can now oscillate between 2% to a maximum of 25% and be different in  X and Y.
